This page explains how the personal data of visitors and of those who send a request through the contact form is processed.

2. What data we collect

No special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR) are requested: please do not include any in your message.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data sent through the form is processed to respond to your request and to assess possible legal assistance. The legal basis is the data subject's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and/or the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

4. Processing methods and retention

Processing is carried out with electronic tools and adequate security measures. Data is kept for the time necessary to respond to the request; should a professional engagement follow, data is kept for the duration of the relationship and for the further periods required by legal and professional obligations. If there is no follow-up, simple contact data is deleted within 12 months.

5. Recipients of the data

Data is not disclosed publicly. It may be processed, on behalf of the Controller and as data processors, by technical service providers, in particular:

6. Non-EU transfers

Some third-party providers (e.g. the form-forwarding service and the Google services listed in section 7) may involve the transfer of data to non-EU countries. In such cases the transfer takes place on the basis of adequate safeguards pursuant to Arts. 44 ff. GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

7. Cookies and third-party services

The site does not use its own profiling cookies or advertising tracking tools. It does, however, use some third-party services that may collect technical data and set cookies:

8. Your rights

At any time you may exercise the rights under Arts. 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, as well as withdrawal of consent (without prejudice to processing already carried out).
